The service at North Shore Honda was great, the employees were vey helpful and friendly.
Sales associate, Phillip Downes was particularly helpful in our vehicle search. His expertise, courtesy, honesty and resourcefulness were evident throughout the process. it was a pleasure dealing with him.

It’s a dealership that you don’t get a runaround or high pressure salespeople. This is the second Ridgeline I’ve bought from them and this purchase went as good as the first. They also have a good service department that accommodates you whenever anything needs to be done.
Staff at the service front desk was very impolite. I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman from front desk service told me that caps can not be removed and he left. I went to the tire center beside the dealer and they change the valves in few minutes.
