After having horrible experiences with other Honda dealerships in the NY area, I was very happy to have had a very positive experience buying a car for the first time from the North Shore Honda dealership. The video of my car during the inspection was extremely helpful in understanding the services needed. The service coordinator broke it down for me and I feel confident that I received only the services needed for my car. The dealership is clean and comfortable, and I am always treated with respect.
From start to finish Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was requesting. He listened and understood my needs and offered advice when needed. There was no pressure to decide on any vehicle, and we ended up on the first vehicle that I saw and liked. Financing was also an easy process.
