Sales process was helpful, accommodating, and patient. We did not feel pressured at any part of the sale itself. However, the warranty sales pitch was a slightly different story. The sales lady was quite frigid when warranty was declined.

Very disappointing. Dishonest and irresponsive. I have been waiting a whole year for a small refund. After countless of emails that were never responded to I still haven't gotten that refund. It's sad to see a dealership that mistreats their customers like that. I bought an Acura MDX and that's no way to treat a good customer.
