Phillip Downes at North Shore Honda provided an exceptional buying experience. While he was relatively new, you would have never known as he won us over with his top notch customer focused approach. From start to finish (and beyond driving off the lot) Phillip was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was always reachable via phone or text, and made this last Honda purchase the best one yet!
