The service at Northshore Honda is always good - on time and courteous. They take the time to answer my questions and concerns.
Sales team was awesome. Very professional and reasonable group of individuals. Pleasure to deal with. Watch out for the financing department. After closing, we found bank fees of $995 (another reviewer had the same issue from December 2023) that were hidden and not disclosed on the final sales price. Sales process was helpful, accommodating, and patient. We did not feel pressured at any part of the sale itself. However, the warranty sales pitch was a slightly different story. The sales lady was quite frigid when warranty was declined.

The dealer is very fair and will work with you to find the best fit.
Very disappointing. Dishonest and irresponsive. I have been waiting a whole year for a small refund. After countless of emails that were never responded to I still haven't gotten that refund. It's sad to see a dealership that mistreats their customers like that. I bought an Acura MDX and that's no way to treat a good customer.
Easy to make an appointment I got a loaner car advisor kept me well informed throughout the visit great job!
