This is our favorite dealership. We have been buying cars from NS Honda for over 20 years. We service all of our cars there.
Customer service was short handed that day and person working had hard time handling work efficiently and wasn't handling the stress too well, he seemed flustered a lot. He wasn't hearing what customer was saying. Then said weekend was when they just did services, no diagnostic work done. Yet the website allowed me to make an appointment for a diagnostic check. Difficult process getting the car , not NSH fault but we made it and pick up day went perfectly.
