This is the second time I have purchased a car at North Shore Honda and worked with salesman Andrew Perry. I made an appointment with Mr Perry on Sunday Oct 11,2020. I wanted a Civic Sport in the color red. North Shore Honda did not have one on hand by Mr. Perry found one for me. I had a trade in a 2010 Civic which I got a decent price for. I picked my new car on Wednesday 10/14.I am very happy with whole transaction. Mr. Perry went above and beyond for me. He showed me all the features on the car. Andrew Perry is straight forward, knowledgeable, and listens. He understood my concerns about not wanting to play the "negotiation game" and we reached an agreement to purchase a 2020 CRV-EX within 30 minutes. I picked up the car 2 weeks later. Andrew took the time to explain all the features to my wife and was extremely patient. I have purchased Honda's in the past from a different dealer but recently switched to North Shore. Terrible experience at this dealership. Would warn any potential customer to not believe the sales pitches and phony handshakes and instead check the fine print on any and all documents. They refuse to return phone calls, which was even more amazing. I do thank this dealership however for teaching my son a life lesson. A promise and a handshake means absolutely nothing to some people, and you must inspect your documents thoroughly. This dealership makes the used car salesmen jokes real. Henry was wonderful in aiding my new Honda. He is professional, gregarious, helpful and not-pushy which prompted us to come back for our second Honda. His bubbly personality, and ability to empathize makes him not only a unique car-salesman, but a special one. Leasing 3rd car I will not go to any other Honda.Dealer. . I've leased all my cars at North Shore Honda, This is because Henry Neil is they type of sales person who makes me feel comfortable and helps me make wise buying decisions. II've been a loyal customer for over 9 years.

Daryl Beattie is the best salesman ever. He made buying my 10th car ad easy as my first. Wherever he goes, so do my family and I go. His knowledge and no pressure attitude has saved my family and I thousands of dollars.. He makes car buying and leasing a pleasure.

Fraudulent car dealership I purchased a car at this dealership few weeks ago and when it was time to speak to the finance guy this is when things went downhill. After refusing to buy additional warranty that was 2,500, he forced me into getting GAP insurance I did not want or needed. They charged me an additional $595 and in the sales receipt it appears as NA RATE. Come to find out after doing some research I never had gap insurance. In other words they charged me that money and stoled that money. I have no GAP insurance so ... read more

Andrew Perry At the end of my lease, I was looking to lease another Honda HRV EX, same car I leased in 2017, or upgrade to a CRV EX. Andrew showed me both and I opted for the HRV. The day I was tp pick it up I changed my mind and decided to get the CRV instead. Andrew was professional and accommodating and wrote me up for the CRV. I got a good deal and two days later I picked it up and I'm very happy with it.
