Dishonest, and unethical Wish i could give zero stars. Me and wife bought a crv at this dealership in November. After coming to a agreement with the salesman we were told to return the next day to sign loan with the finance guy. Next day we meet with Richard Cirami and were told we had 2 options the lower rate was with teachers credit union. Richard told us to get the service agreement which was $2500 i refused but he told me that the bank wont do the loan without it, so we agreed, That day i had my 2 year old so we did not ... read more
Had a great experience.. Our recent experience was perfect. The process was so quick and easy and we are very happy with dealing with both Richard Cirami and Andrew Perry. Both knew what we wanted and took care of everything seamlessly. Both were not only professional, but were a pleasure to work with. Best service ever...came in on a Saturday late in the day and had the exact car we wanted to drive home Monday at 1..hassle free and we are happy customers.!!

Soooo after a misunderstanding that would’ve cost us to walk away from what we thought was a closed deal. Rich came through with what I want to believe was a honest mistake and not only was the deal closed. Rich was able to save us few extra bucks along the way. At the end of they everyone was happy!!!

Professionalism at its FINEST Mr. Perry was wonderful from the moment I met him. He is kind, knowledgeable and just a wonderful person overall. He never rushed the process and answered any questions that I had. I would gladly recommend him to my friends and family and I will for sure do business again with him in the future. Great Buying Experience in their CPO Group Jose in the CPO group was very helpful and low pressure and his follow up was excellent. Eddie in the Finance group was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Their vehicles are in outstanding condition and they truly perform the multi-point inspection/certification. The CPO vehicle I purchased had it's front and rear rotors and brake pads replaced before it was listed for sale. Trustworthy dealership.

Andrew is a true professional We were in the market for a new car, Honda is always a great choice. Meeting Andrew made selecting this dealership the obvious answer. He was cordial, never pushy, and his demeanor was super kind. For the entirety of our dealings with him we never felt any of the typical (unfortunately) salesmanship b.s. that seems to be prevalent in the car buying process. Extremely unsatisfied Wish I could give zero stars. Wife and I bought a minivan in May. The interest rate on the loan was over 7%. Rich, the finance manager assured us we would qualify for free refinancing at about 2.5%. The difference would have been close to $100 per month. Apparently this is done by North Shore once a year according to Rich. Now it’s mid October, no one has contacted me and Rich never returned any of my calls. So I guess I’m out $7,000 in interest on a terrible loan that I otherwise never would have agree... read more
I love this place! I found the 2017 jeep I was looking for online at this Honda dealership ! I called spoke with Jose Diaz .. the sales rep.. set appointment and was very impressed with service and the price I received as well as the friendly and courteous team who helped me!

Just purchased an A 2019 accord yesterday. Terrific car but a lot to learn. Andrew Perry not only showed us the car but went over everything new , which is a lot. Price, was also very good and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely recommend.
