Professionalism at its FINEST Mr. Perry was wonderful from the moment I met him. He is kind, knowledgeable and just a wonderful person overall. Great Buying Experience in their CPO Group Jose in the CPO group was very helpful and low pressure and his follow up was excellent. Eddie in the Finance group was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Their vehicles are in outstanding condition and they truly perform the multi-point inspection/certification. The CPO vehicle I purchased had it's front and rear rotors and brake pads replaced before it was listed for sale. Trustworthy dealership.

Andrew is a true professional We were in the market for a new car, Honda is always a great choice. Meeting Andrew made selecting this dealership the obvious answer. He was cordial, never pushy, and his demeanor was super kind. For the entirety of our dealings with him we never felt any of the typical (unfortunately) salesmanship b.s. that seems to be prevalent in the car buying process. Extremely unsatisfied Wish I could give zero stars. Wife and I bought a minivan in May. The interest rate on the loan was over 7%. Rich, the finance manager assured us we would qualify for free refinancing at about 2.5%. The difference would have been close to $100 per month. Apparently this is done by North Shore once a year according to Rich. Now it’s mid October, no one has contacted me and Rich never returned any of my calls. So I guess I’m out $7,000 in interest on a terrible loan that I otherwise never would have agree... read more
I love this place! I found the 2017 jeep I was looking for online at this Honda dealership ! I called spoke with Jose Diaz .. the sales rep.. set appointment and was very impressed with service and the price I received as well as the friendly and courteous team who helped me!

Just purchased an A 2019 accord yesterday. Terrific car but a lot to learn. Andrew Perry not only showed us the car but went over everything new , which is a lot. Price, was also very good and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

Phill and Henry absolutely phenomenal. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend working with them and North Shore Honda.
