Great Experience, so fast and easy We leased a Honda Pilot, Our salesperson Henry was very easy to deal with, made the experience very pleasant. On the day we picked up the car we were in and out of there in no time and he spent so much time with us going over all the details of the car. The whole experience was great, I would definitely go back there in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful I bought my 1st car 8 years ago cash, 2001 Honda CRV. I was very nervous because my dream "new car" was a 2016 Honda HRV, Jose Diaz was very helpful insightful and kind. After all my readings I didnt really trust car sales people, but after working with Jose I am very happy with my purchase and would work with Jose again for any of my future car needs. do not believe everything they tell you I bought a used certified crv. The salesperson printed a Carfax which showed all the work done by North shore Honda. Among other things it stated, as he also did, that the front and rear brakes and rotors were replaced. Two years and 10 thousand miles later the rear brakes were grinding. Yup, I had to replace them. Also needed front struts and new tires. I was told when purchasing the tires were new by two different people. It appears to me they are not very trustworthy. If you buy a u... read more

Need to make a deal fast I have to say I had a wonderful experience at North Shore Honda . My car was on its last leg . I did my research North Shore had the best prices. My sales rep was Jose ,he made the whole process trouble free. The Finance manager was pretty straightforward and friendly. I highly recommend North Shore Honda!

The games of north shore Honda My sales rep Derek was incredible, super friendly and helpful with info on the car and gave me great tips for driving manual transmission. But as for the rest of the dealership, I was jerked around for 4 days and I don’t drive close to the dealership and they were not very up front with hidden pricing and fees. Also tried to mess with my pre approved interest rate
