I can not say enough kind words about this place! I have recently switched and have had a very sick kitty who by the dedication to Dr Roach, has made it through a terrible bladder condition. Thank you so much for all your advice and conversations - you have been a wonderful friend/Doctor through this all !!!
I think they treat their new employees very badly from what I've observed & I got the impression that they are only in it for the money rather then for the care of the animals. Also they have some rude staff members. And I'm not stupid, calling my bill "a treatment plan" to make it sound like you aren't ripping me off doesn't trick me.
Today I had to send my sweet Dusty over the Rainbow Bridge. I want to thank Dr. Roach and the entire staff for their compassion during this very difficult time. I know Dusty is in a better place and I will always remember the love and happiness she so willingly ga e.f
All the vets and techs are phenomenal with our pets! We love NRAH! ♡
