My heart is full with gratitude for the way North Royalton Animal Hospital helped us through a very challenging and difficult time with our 17 year old cat. The compassion they show the pets and parents is remarkable. Dr. Hechko sat on the floor with us as we said goodbye to our cat, Mila. His sincerity and kindness has stayed with us since that day. And today we received a gift in the mail of her paw imprints and flowers! Such amazing people! Thank you for making our loss a little less painful �

Doctors and Staff take great pains to keep you informed on your distressed pets status. Technicians really seem to enjoy their work.

Dr. Hetchko is my third vet (I have moved several times). Fantastic doctor. Not only is he extremely competent and has a great bedside manner, but the front office staff and vet techs are wonderful too. I had an emergency visit with my cat today, and they were able to make room for him and were so helpful with his diagnosis. All of his medication was on hand, including the prescription Hills bland diet food needed (dry food + several types of wet food!)
