RecommendedI can’t say enough about the incredible staff at North Royalton Animal Hospital!! Our sweet pup got into some Melatonin and needed emergency care. Dr. Roach provided follow up phone calls ensuring our dog was on the mend. We are in awe of the consistent friendly phone calls, informative visits and most of all the wonderful feeling knowing our dog is receiving incredible care. Customer service cannot be compared or replicated - it is simply top notch.
Results are not given to patients in a timely manor, resulting in an infection continuing on unmedicated. Told that I'd get a call soon repeatedly over 36 hours. and I was also told that they had the results, but I could only be told them by a vet that was booked with appointments. Only received the results after they were contacted by another vet, saying that I was switching vets.
Dr. Roach and her staff handled my two cats' annual exams with ease. Kept the session calm and stress-free.

Dr Hechko and Katie Karkosiak took Sadie in when,she hurt her paw right away . They took amazing care of her found out she tore her ACL and will need surgery. The Doctors and staff here are amazing . Thank you all !

This team is the best. Dr. Roach has taken AMAZING care of all of my babies. The heart, love, and caring that is shown by the whole team is amazing.
I love Dr. Strelic and Vet Tech’s Olivia and Sheena. They’re always so good with my Shandy, and work as hard as possible to make her feel comfortable. I would recommend to anyone!
