Took our sweet little beagle Henry to see Dr. Roach yesterday and unfortunately he had to be euthanized . In his young life he had been abused but we adopted him 3 years ago and loved every day with him. Dr. Roach and the staff were so kind to us and to our Henry. Henry passed peacefully laying in his own bed which we brought for him to be comfortable. Last Friday I also had to make the heartbreaking decision to put down my 17-1/2 year-old cat, Rocky, due to renal failure. This morning I received a beautiful surprise--a lovely bouquet and his final paw print remembrance from the doctors and staff. It's priceless! Thank you for the excellent care you give ALL my pets, and for making Rocky's last months comfortable.
Dr. Hechko, the Veterinarians and the Staff are wonderful. They are the ones who saved my "Jarod" when he was diagnosed with Renal Failure 3 years ago this December. Considering cats normally only live about 1 year, we are so blessed to still have him with us and he is doing great. Thank you so very much. We love you all.
Everyone here truly cares about the wellness of your pet and your comfort. They also are very well educated and experienced. I have taken two of my dogs here in both emergencies and for regular check ups. Both dogs were treated like royalty and it was obvious they were comfortable in their overnight stays. It's provides wonderful piece of mind to know your pet is in good hands in times of worry. Recommended for any pet owner!
I loved my Vet when I lived in Chicago, but North Royalton Animal Hospital surpasses that very positive experience! Dr. Hechko, Amber, Alyssa, Jennifer and the entire staff work as a cohesive unit in support of their 4-legged patients. The care they provide is exceptional and compassionate, and I believe they are one of the top Veterinarian practices in Cleveland.
Thank you to the staff and groomer at Paws at Play for taking care of Scooter for me. He always looks so happy in the photos you send me. When I am away for work or vacation I always know my little guy is being taken care of and well loved! Thank you again!!!!
