We put our sweet old Bailey down last week and it was super tough for us but NRAH made us feel SO much better by providing a very calm, peaceful experience. The vet was incredibly kind and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye. They were so sweet and we knew Bailey was in good hands. Yesterday, my parents received a beautiful carnation & an imprint of her paw print along with a pin and card giving their sympathy. Big thanks to Dr Strelec for prescribing the anti nausea medicine for my Sasha. It worked, today she is back to her normal self playing and running around. I want to also thank Stacy for letting me bother her 3 times on the phone Mon am. I was so worried about my little girl! I also can't thank all the staff enough for fitting Sasha in last thursday with Dr Hechko! He is a very concerned and caring Vet about all his patients. I am very happy to have been introduced to Dr. H and the fabulous staff, they take such good care of our doggie and two cats & Mom and Dad as well! They are also very friendly and appreciative of Armed Forces Veterans! Thank you all for being awesome!! Lucky and Ulysses are purring their thanks for the birthday card!
I may be a bit partial, but I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. The staff is very caring and helpful. They are truly pet centered. I had to leave my cat for testing for the day. When I returned to pick her up and get results, the animal behaviorist talked to me about the stress my cat had developed by her staying. They took great care of her because they realized she was stressed out. Tabitha gave me great tips about how to ease my cat back into "normal" house life when we returned home. Dr. Beck and staff were AMAZING in their emergency care and transition of our Beloved Murphy! Their Compassion for both Murphy and us was over and above what one would expect.
