I have had animals all my life. I also foster dogs. I was introduced to North Royalton Animal Hospital by one of the rescue's. I have now started taking my animals here. Very knowagable and friendly environment. (Even started taking my mom's cat here because I liked them so much.)
Paris is getting use to them, But she's still A Brat. They are great People and I will not trade them in for A cheaper route.
i've taken several Miniature Schnauzers to this hospital for years! It has always been a pleasure to walk into the doors and being greeted by the staff members. Dr Hechko has certainly taken good care of my pets. I am so sorry that I can no longer drive. I had to give my Lucky to someone else to care for her. Both Dr Hechko and a vet from Avon Lake agree that Lucky has a brain tumor! I miss her so, and would bring her back to NRAH on a minute for treatment, but it's not possible. Genuinely caring staff. They've helped us over the years with our dogs - from the one building to the current campus setup. Most recently, they've shown such great concern, kindness, compassion and sympathy with the passing of our 9 year old lab mix, Clancy. We will continue to work with them even after we move from the area.
We took our two dachshund puppies here for the first time yesterday evening. The entire staff was so friendly and kind! Their love for animals is so apparent a from the moment you walk trough the door! They took great care of our puppies and had a lot of fun with them in the process!
Dr Roach and the staff of NRAH are the most caring and compassionate veterinarian practice that we have ever been to. They take their time, you never feel rushed and they answer all your questions. They are amazing. Today, we had to send out oldest fur baby Lady over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Roach and the staff were so caring and compassionate. They made this very difficult experience a little easier to go through.
