Absolute ignorance from health practitioner. Advised codeine for upset bowels and stomach and paracetamol for dizziness and earache !
On November 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM, I encountered the most unprofessional receptionist imaginable. Her arrogance was staggering—she snapped at my simple question with eye-rolling disdain, spoke over me rudely, and dismissed my concerns like I was an inconvenience. This level of disrespect not only ruined my visit but left me questioning the entire establishment’s standards. Avoid if you value basic courtesy!
