The place was dirty, smelly and damp. For a premium price it fell significantly below the standards we had hoped for and expected. The host Sally was also extremely rude and intrusive. She came in repeatedly without warning (a single knock-and-enter regardless of response), and even came in during the night while we were asleep. Having agreed a flexible check-out time with us, she proceeded to berate us in front of the cleaner for not having met an earlier time which had never been discussed.
