As my son is taking 11plus exam at Colchester Grammar school today, so we stayed here the night before, room is bit small, but clean, and receptionist were helpful and caring when we arrived.
The staff at this location were incredibly helpful! I had forgotten to ask for a copy of a VAT receipt to submit to my company expenses, and the receptionist promptly sent it to me via email. The breakfast was also good and it’s pretty much located in Colchester city centre
Small outdated room. Very small tv. Very noisy from traffic and hear everything through walls from other rooms . Far too warm in room . Sleepless night . No parking . Steep hill to climb
Very nice hotel, clean room with very comfortable bed, great breakfast and nice bar/lounge area for a nightcap. Walk to everywhere in Colchester. We did not have a vehicle so not sure about parking. Very reasonable price.
