I started seeing Dr. Sarah, in the Woodstock office, two years ago. She is absolutely the best! She is always so patient, kind and knowledgeable, and is never in a hurry. She will answer as many questions as I have, and sometimes that's a lot! I had a six month check up yesterday and Sarah was so much help. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. North Georgia Audiology, you have my vote!

Dr. Means has been so wonderful working with my Father (soon to be 99 years old)! During each visit she took so much time with him to make sure he was getting the best out of his new hearing aids. Dr. Means is very thorough in her examination and explains the data from your hearing exam. She is very professional but also has a casual approach to her clients. Colleen is an exceptional front office staff member. She communicates with knowledge and is very pleasant both in office and on the phone. I am delighted I found North Ga. I received a hear aid from Dr. Allen last Fall and it was a painless and smooth process overall. My ability to hear in general has improved as has my quality of life in social situations. I no longer miss parts of conversations or have to ask someone to repeat themself. I stopped in today for my 6 month follow up and Dr. Allen was able to upgrade the firmware in my hearing aid, make some adjustments to the settings on my device and upgrade my speaker.
