Dr. Woodward and her staff are wonderful. Now that I have found their office I will not be going anywhere else.
I got my hearing aids last year from the Johns Creek staff...Dr Woodward is amazing. So down to earth and personable. Whenever I needed to come in for an adjustment or supplies, they were quick to help me. Yesterday was my one year hearing test and check up and I saw Jessica Allen. She pumped up the volume and suggested a remote that I can adjust for myself in different situations. It makes a lot of difference. The front office staff is always cheerful and welcoming. A great place to have a hearing review. I received my hearing aids from Dr. Means lastnight. Wow, what a difference. I can actually hear my wife now. Hmmm. Thank you Dr. Means.
I saw Dr. Brooke Means at the Gainesville location and I received the most thorough audiology exam I have ever had. She found that my present hearing aids were not set properly for the right ear and I was not hearing as well as possible because of that. After she finished my new exam she reprogrammed both my Starkey hearing aids and now I am hearing better than I have in a long time. Dr. Allen is very caring and patient doctor who always provides quality time to her me upon examinations. The staff are peronable and easy to work with. I highly recommend North Georgia Audiology.
