RecommendedExcellent staff worked with us to reschedule a.couple of times and the doctor was wonderful!
Got hearing aides (Oticon) that did not help much and when I tried to return for a refund they kept talking me into “adjustments” that never worked. When I tried to get a refund I was informed I was now past the time limit of satisfaction guarantee policy because of all the time it took for the adjustments. I spent over 5 grand for useless devices. Total rip off.

RecommendedI have always enjoyed going to NGA at the Johns Creek office. From the receptionists to all the doctors and interns, I have been treated very nicely and professionally. They have always treated me as someone important. On Aug. 10, 2018 for my yearly test I saw Haiden Nunn who is on her last rotation to be a Doctor of Audiology. What a pleasant experience I had yesterday with Dr. Brooke Means. She is so knowledgeable and professional. Very helpful that she speaks on a down to earth level for me to understand. She took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable with diagnosis and treatment options. Also to note, Colleen at the front desk is very helpful and compassionate too.
A collegue of mine knew Dr Woodward and referred me to North Ga Audiology. I was very pleased with the professional approach to my hearing situation. I transferred to Gainesville office as it was much closer for me. All the Drs that I have met at NGA are very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this group!
