Excellent experience. Very helpful and very professional staff and doctor. Gave me vital information on the entire process and also provided me different options that I might choose from.
Dr. Brook Means is an excellent audiologist, very professional yet friendly and personable; knowledgeable and helpful with very individualized hearing needs. John and both highly recommend her.
Very thorough and professional, great ability to relate to the client. The Doctor (Sarah) provided a great explanation of my hearing damage and options even allowing me to try hearing aids to see if the difference was enough to support going in that direction. In my case the change wasn't significant, so I'll be back next year for another check-up.
I had my annual check up and hearing test yesterday. Always find a welcoming smile from Laura at the front desk and from Dr. Woodward. She is a very friendly and competent doctor of Audiology. NGA fitted me with my first hearing aids after a thorough testing procedure. It's another thing I should have done years ago for the difference it made in my hearing.
