Great service, great people!! I have always had a good experience here. Found them about 2 years ago after my previous Audiologist sold out to a "hearing aid factory" out of Florida. Sarah has been my Audiologist there, and she is the BEST!
I can not express my appreciation and admiration for the services provided by Dr. Means and am absolutely thrilled with my new hearing instruments. Dr. Means has invested considerable time making absolutely certain that the hearing aids are perfectly adjusted for my particular hearing deficit and her competence is above reproach. In addition, she is a delightful, caring person.
Great experience, and Dr. Woodward kept me informed all along the process, improved hearing in my future, and I am thriled.

Excellent testing was performed and I can now hear many sounds that I missed for years. The best thing is that my lovely wife does not need to hear me say huh all the time.
Dr. Woodward and her team are excellent. They provide such wonderful service and go out of their way to make sure you have the exact hearing aid you need. My new hearing aids have improved my daily life. I live in Winder and it is worth the trip to Johns Creek to get the care I need.
Dr. Woodward and the staff have been excellent in assisting me to hear. Without their help I would be missing 75% of any dialogue. Yet alone the satisfaction of my family members around me. I have been a customer for 8 years and recommend them highly. Don't wait to get your hearing checked, it's not just you that's being affected, it's everyone around you.
I absolutely LOVED my experience at North Georgia Audiology - John's Creek office. Jessica Allen was wonderful from doing the hearing test to showing me all of the options available to me. I'm so glad that I heard their ad on WSB. My new hearing aids have been such a blessing. No more struggling to hear on conference calls, in training sessions, or even in a busy/loud restaurant. I'm so grateful for NGA and Dr. Allen.
