RecommendedDr Sarah is amazing, she is knowledgeable, nice and helpful! She always makes you feel welcome and never rushes you. She also has a ton of patience for my many questions! I love my hearing aids and wouldn't go anywhere else! And let's not forget about Miss Amber who is also knowledgeable, nice and always gives me a warm welcome! Great folks and a terrific product makes me one happy customer! You'll love this place!

RecommendedI received excellent caring service from Dr. Means in the Gainesville office. I have worn hearing aids for 6 years and decided to switch audiologists. Dr. Means went overboard to make sure everything that needed to be adjusted was taken care of. I will definately return to Dr. Means for my hearing tests and care of my hearing aids. I highly recommend.
RecommendedDr Jessica Allen at the John's Creek Office is absolutely fabulous. In fact the whole office is really top class, efficient, caring and empathetic.
RecommendedDr. Means was exceptional. She went above and beyond to do a thorough evaluation and consultation after. Answered all my questions. Will have a two week follow up to check on transition, which is difficult at first but they are there to support you. Colleen in reception is excellent as well as helpful and friendly. DANNY BAILEY
