RecommendedThe doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to make sure you have the best possible hearing solution. I never felt rushed and staff always took the time to explain the new technologies and made sure I was comfortable with my new hearing solutions, most recently a cochlear implant. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Every member of the staff is always willing to help when needed. They are knowledgeable about hearing aids and will help even when you arrive unexpectedly, which I did recently. One of my aids was not working and I had to be near their office, so I stopped by and was served with a smile.

I have had the privilege of knowing Dr Allen and her family for 25+ years. Our daughter and Dr Allen grew up together and they remain best of friends. Dr Allen also assisted my father with his hearing devices when she was serving her internship at the VA Medical Center in Augusta Ga. I went to another audiologist who was the pits. Spent a whole 25 minutes with me. Then recommended $6,000 hearing aids that I didn’t even get to try. And I couldn’t have a trial period to see if they would work for me. Dr Nunn and the staff at NGA were wonderful! She spent 2 hours testing, explaining, answering questions and showing me how to use the hearing aids. They also offered a 45 day trial. She was so knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good about her and the practice.

Very professional, all the staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I had 5 pair of hearing aids before I went to Dr. Means. She is the only Dr. Who help me to hear. I was just in to have my hearinchecked. I had a small improvement . I told her she was my God sent. She even told me thank you for telling me that. If you want to hear Dr. Means is your best bet.

Dr. Sarah Licht performed a thorough hearing exam, went over the results and then inspected my almost 5 year old hearing aids. She discovered the rear microphone on the right side was no longer working, along with some additional intermittent problems. She explained the pros and cons of repairing and reprogramming. I made a follow up appointment a few days later so my wife could be there to help with the decision of repairing or replacing.
