For ALL of the Clinics in the Jacksonville Facility, with the exception of the Eye Clinic. I have had the BEST Service one could want. On 12/14/2017 @ 11:20 hours I called the Eye Clinic and it is now 12:30 and still on HOLD. I have had previous dealings with this Clinic and it is probably the most UN-PROFESSIONAL Contractor for the VA I have ever encountered, they need to be CHANGED.
WORST V.A. (HOSPITAL)/SOCIAL CLUB GOING, A BUNCH OF WORTHLESS,UNPROFESSIONAL,VINDICTIVE ASSHATS I HAVE EVER SEEN. ONLY SAYING THIS NOW BECAUSE MY FATHER AND I AREN'T THERE ANYMORE FOR THEM TO HARASS AND BE VINDICTIVE TOO US.THIS SHITBALL OUTFIT HAS ONE OF THE HIGHEST MORTALITY RATES GOING. I REALLY WISH RICK SCOTT WOULD COMPLETELY INVESTIGATE THIS FACILITY
Years ago, my dad was always regarded highly because he had POW stamped on his file. That doesn't seem to matter anymore. I called and waited on hold for his primary care team. The phone system hung up. I'm now on my 3rd call, being dropped again after being on hold with the eye clinic. I haven't been dropped this time, but have been on hold for 25 minutes now. Someone picked up once, I heard someone speaking, and they put the call back on hold. This is the type of thing that frustrates people.
Just had a horrible experience trying to get through to a specialty clinic.
I would like to thank my Doctor Dr. McDonald and his staff. All the Nurse and Nurse Tech that cared for me before and after surgery. I was treated with respect and regard for my health. If I could remember every bodies names they all would receive a 5 star rating from me. Keep up the excellent work.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and services that I've received through this facility. I've received excellent care and communication is on spot. My surgeon is thorough, competent and compassionate. I've been out of the VA loop for over 20 years and have just returned to it. The whole sense of community in the VA is so much better than most of those in the private sector.
I have been calling and messaging both my specialty and primary providers to get my medications updated/renewed. No action, no explanations. I am now barely able to function. I served well and honorably. This is another slap in the face of many over the years.
