I seem to get lost frequently in the halls of Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, but people are so nice and helpful in directing me. The doctors and staff that have helped me have been wonderful. It was only this week that I found out about the great parking garage with three floors of designated parking for Vets! We are truly blessed to have this medical facility!❤️
The girls in the lab is so nice and very professional, and blue team nurses and Dr. ,professional too
I use the St. Augustine Clinic and today I had to reorder my pills. Was no big deal before, but I have been on the phone waiting to talk to someone over an hour now. I hate when they voice says "please stay on the line, someone will be with you shortly." I don't think over an hour is shortly.. BTW it's about to close.. Thank you VA
Give me a chose of any hospital in the country and I will take Gainesville, FL VA
Every time I call the VA about an appointment they don't answer the phone. I spent an hour and a half trying to get through this morning and finally gave up.
Scheduling and care are much improved compare to past decades. Recommend to provide free WIFI access at all facilities.
