Very impressed with the service for myself during my stay at Malcolm Randall. Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. And they are using the latest and grestest toys to take care of us
I do not have any direct complaints against the facility itself but I do have a huge complaint against the patient advocate's (PA) office; particularly the supervisor, Michelle Howard. I have been leaving messages for Ms. Howard to call me for almost TWO MONTHS and neither she nor anyone from the PA's office has had the courtesy to return my calls; and yes, I have documented every call. Fair haven't seen my doctor in abt a year i think
The clinic in Ocala is very good. That includes the eye and ear clinic which is in a separate building. The doctors, nurses, and staff all are concerned about doing a good job for the Veterans in their care. I am pleased. From a Vietnam Veteran (Army Signal Corps).
