I get my care at Tallahassee Outpatient Center and I’ve always been listened to and treated with respect.
The staff in Gainesville are great but I get my care at the Villages Outpatient Clinic in The Villages Fl, and my healthcare needs are consistently ignored by my current provider. I have been REFUSED TREATMENT for a pinched nerve in my neck. No Neurology consult, no Orthopedic consult, no Physical Therapy consult. When I asked my Dr what he would do if it happened to him, his reply was " I would wait it out" I have been waiting 3 months now for an "approved" appointment with an outside provider... Checked in at 7:00 as a new patient. Did labs at 7:00, grabbed breakfast at the canteen, had my appointment at 9:00 (which was very thorough), then had x-rays done, picked up some meds at the pharmacy, and had the rest setup for mail delivery - and was done by 10:00!!! This was easily the best, most efficient checkup experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Malcom Randall VAMC!!

Went for my Labs at the St Marys Ga VA clinic. Appointment was at 9:00 AM. The lab Technician did a great job , i was in an out in. I am very pleased with the St. Marys, GA VA clinic.
