I had read all the negative press on this Dealer, but I though I would give them the benefit. It took weeks to simply get a buyers order on a 2018 Cadillac I wanted to buy.. the pulled me credit twice, not once...the car had a clean carfax, and only 14k. So you would think it would be OK?? I paid Lemon Squad $170 to do a third party inspection, as I was 6 hours away and did not want to pick up the car, was going to pay to ship it... BUYERS BEWARE OF ALL THE CADILLACS THESE GUYS BRING IN FROM CANADA.. THEY ALL HAVE RUST UNDER... read more

The one star is only because I cant leave 0 stars. I purchased a vehicle, it broke down on day 6 (steering column smoking) after buying it, they wouldnt let me trade it in for a reliable vehicle. I had it sent to their sorry excuse for a service department ( which doesnt communicate for anything. I had to call other departments and have them track down the service person and make them get on the phone, only to provide little to no update.) So, 2 weeks it took them to repair blown fuses, starter, ignition switch, and they wou... read more

This dealership and their managers are dishonest and disrespectful. They cover for employees that use customer personal information to sign customers up for services that cost the customer money. When addressed about the situation, the manager(s) will deny and notate that it is the customers fault. Meanwhile, when proof is supplied that someone at the dealership is signing up customers for services without their knowledge, they continue to deny and state they do not have the ability to sign customers up. Beware when giving y... read more

Worst place ever to deal with! Was preapproved and walked in with a pretty hefty down payment. When asked for the carfax the question was never addressed or responsed to. This place is just a scam to get you in the door to do a buy here pay here on an old car with extremely high miles that they want you to pay a ridiculous amount for. Left and was able to go to a well more established car dealership and was able to obtain a loan there with no problem. The manager of northcoast emailed me and never responded back.

TL:DR - RUN AWAY Migel ******* IS A VERY BAD MAN. NCAM IS SCAM Scene: High Noon but very shady-as expected, as warned. For your own wellbeing stay far away from this place. It feels like the kind of archetypical place you would see at the beginning of a C-Rated ******x series or something. I was told that this place was shady and to always ask for the carfax I dealt with Mo there (who for the record was decently honest. If you are unfortunate enough to walk in, I would recommend him as he has some basic decency). I went in o... read more

The salesman didn’t explain the process of financial companies the company used, and it made many injuries on my credit score, and which I didn’t want In the first place.

I was looking at a car and trying to make arrangements to fly across the country to purchase a vehicle, they told me they could hold the car if I got a plane ticket, And they suggested that I get preapproved for the loan before hand. After doing the application I could not get intouch with them the rest of the day until they finally took my call to tell me they sold the car. I found another car and thought maybe I will just try again, I spent about another week trying to find out when the car would be available as it was a n... read more

I recently located a vehicle at North Coast Auto. I went in to look at the vehicle last Saturday. In the beginning of the process I informed Sam I wanted to put down $500. The car I originally wanted he claimed the bank wouldn't finance it because of the KBB. He stated they want a car to be of a certain value (which I've never heard) in order to finance. Okay fine, he comes back with another option. We did financing I test drove the vehicle and fell in love with the car. He stated this car had a higher KBB and the bank agree... read more
