I bought a 2014 Ram, truck is nice, experience was great, Tigran D******** is a very good sales associate, process was quick, I was in and out in about 90 min.
I purchased a vehicle approximately two months ago and paid in full with cash. I have yet to receive my car title. My temporary plates have been expired since the beginning on this week. I was told they would be sending the title three weeks ago. They have given me the run around for an entire week with my inquiries. I continuesly called to take action on this issue which has yet to be resolved.
