Zero stars!!!!!. They have a call center that schedules appts for you and they get paid for every person that checks in. They scheduled an appointment for me KNOWING I was driving 4 hrs one way to pick up a car. The call center makes it sound like you are speaking to a sales person because they get paid for every person that "checks in" at the dealership while working in a different building down the road. Terrible people, liars, make up stories and they waste customers time. They kept up for 3 hours and then told us tgat vehicle is sold. Initially they were saying that the other customer loan was rejected

ThNorth Coast Auo Mall cannot accept rejection of a customer going elsewhere. They are continuing to apply for financing in my name 8 times when I took my business somewhere else! Please stop hitting my credit!
Absolutely horrible! Great when you buy a car and horrible when you have problems with the car! The service department doesn’t want to return phone calls to give prices but will keep your car for almost 2 weeks without calling you back!rear main seal blew on my engine. The supposedly replaced it last March and now they are telling me the refurbished engine isn’t covered under warranty because of miles even though it’s been less than a year! well ok I need cost for repair to so I can drive my car. Very unprofessional, never return calls . I purchased a lemon from them. I paid for 2 batteries that their tracker is draining. It was sold to me with no oil and a bad gas line. They told me it was safe to take out of town. Took it to ********** ***for recalls, battery NorthCoast put in was bad, Kia replaced it and gave me an oil change. Now the starter needs repair and the tracker has drained yet another battery. Complete scam they are frauds. I purchased a car back in June 2021 wasn't provided a car fax. I asked was there any thing wrong with the car they said minor damages that wasn't any harm. October of 2021 tried to trade the car to another dealership couldn't trade in it in l, just learned the car is a salvage, rebuilt, flood, hail lemon. They are illegally signing people names on documents
systems. And switch, and discriminatory towards elderly and disabled on low fixed incomes. Will tell you they can work within the limits you tell them about, in my case low income less than 1400 per month, and able to make 200 dollar per month payments. Then they will have you go to their lot where they will have you fill out the forms just to tell you that they won't work within the limits you told them about, that you need co signers and they can't take low payments either. Worse place to go, first they pulled the bait and switch on me after making an appointment days ahead of time to test drive and purchase a vehicle. Wasted more than 6 hours waiting for a different vehicle and they give me one that leaks in the back window and the struts are bad. I contacted them 2 days after sale and I was told they would fox it no charge. 2 weeks later still not fixed and they are telling me they now have to call a 3rd party in because running a water hose didn’t fix the problem of the leak. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NORTH COAST, THEY ARE CROOKS! If I could give them negative stars, I would. We bought a car from here a few months ago. It def. seemed like the sale was rushed and later we figured out why. About 30 days from the sale, we started having problems with the car, it was starting funny, among other issues. We had already replaced the serpentine belt, as well as the battery. We took it to a shop and it started throwing codes for the transmission. As we discovered, the transmission was going bad.
