I came to North Coast Auto Mall because of commercial that they have on 93.1. but entice me the most is that it will help you with any credit situation get you in a car. But the commercial is only a ploy to get you to the dealership waste your time, run your credit get a hard hit on your credit for you not to have a car as a commercial stats with any credit situation. The only thing that they will offer you for any credit situation is that you need a cosigner. Don't waste your time and your energy

Good luck if you buy a car from this company. I'm not sure why you would.

I bought a car here in May. I brought it back because there was a problem with the ignition and the car is still under warranty. They ended up telling me the warranty I bought would not cover the repair, I never knew I had the wrong warranty, they never said anything. When I took the car to them I had just gotten back from camping and they told me I had to leave and remove everything from the car and then bring it back. They were very rude about it. My car has been sitting in the shop since Tuesday 9/6. They are charging me ... read more

I was optimistic about it as soon as I put my application in. They kept calling me different names at the same phone number. Kept calling like they was desperate. They told me one thing it was totally different when I got there! My appointment time changed every text they gave me . Not a good feeling or place in my opinion!

No clue on the quality of cars, or the actual buying process what I can tell you, is do not trust a thing you are told on the phone or via text unless maybe your speaking with a legit salesman. They use a call center where the people are paid just to get you on the lot! Several promises were made and not 1 was true. Once I was in the lot and tried to confirm what they told me they ghosted me. The sales manager even admitted that he has brought this up so many times and the company won’t change. Via text told me could eat all... read more

Sold me a car for over 12k it's worth. The car is only 3 years old but a complete junker. They won't even take it back. They want me, to pay them, to take it back. Bought from them only 1 year ago. This place and its staff are awful and predatory in nature especially Leroy. If I could do it again I would go to a more reputable dealership. I'm contacting an attorney to see if I have a case. It's one thing to disclose structural damage, but it's a whole other to sale a car with structural damage for over 12k it's worth. This p... read more

They sell you bad cars at a higher price and take advantage of people with poor credit plus they ask for a big down payment. I bought a car about a few months ago and a week and a have from now the car got overheating and a call to make an appointment so they can fix it and they tell me we gonna make it an appointment on July the fifteenth and I call to complain about why it got broke down a few months after I bought the car ??? And why do they make me an appointment 3 weeks from the day the car got broke down. Why did I pai... read more

Another horror story, I had warned my ex about them and the car in general but she didn't want to listen. Not even made her first payment, 20 days in, check engine lights on, transmission is slipping into gears and you cannot accelerate with more than a pinky toe of pressure. North Coast told her flat out they won't do anything but she can pay them $100 to scan it... It's free at AutoZone you cretins. Absolutely despicable. While it's generally not my problem (ex for a reason) It's astounding a dealership can operate this wa... read more
