Terrible service and will scam you! Milad was to sign my friends mother up for a loan and put her daughter as a co-signer. Instead, they scammed them and switched them on the loan. When confronted, they said “well you left with a car, didn’t you?”. This place is a huge scam!!! Do not go here.

We were looking at a car at this business online and talking wi'm talking with a sales person via text message. We found the exact car with every feature that we have been looking for. We live an hour and a 1/2 away from this dealership so we wanted to try and make sure that everything was squared away before we even went there. I even called and talked to a manager named Adrian this morning and told him please do not sell that car my wife is on the way. She filled out the online app they texted her back showing her credit s... read more

I went to a scheduled appointment after researching the car I saw online and communicating with a worker for about a week discussing my situation via email. I was confident about my choice of car due to my research, however I would have skipped the appointment if I knew I would such a terrible experience. As soon as I put my hand on the door, someone rushed towards me explaining there was a "meeting" occurring, this associate introduced himself and led me to a room. As soon as I told him about the car I was interested in, th... read more

So after starting my own construction LLC. I figured it was time to upgrade to a pickup truck. Went to the Brookpark Rd North Coast Auto Mall. Bought a nice 2017 Ram 1500 with just under 60K on it. I’ve since had to take my truck in twice to be serviced under warranty(not uncommon). The second time was, due to them not looking into it properly the first time, seeing that it was the exact same issue. I understand the bed I got in with any used vehicle, that’s not the issue. The issue is this time my car has to be sent to a Ra... read more

I trusted this dealership because I had noticed that many cars at my place of employment were from NCAM. I was new to the area and needed a reliable car. I bought a car on 04/11/21 and was promised by the salesman that the strong smoke smell would be corrected in the next few days. He said that the detailing department would put an ozone machine in it and give me a loaner for the few hours it would take to fix the strong smell from the previous owner vaping pot. This never happened. Near the end of April, I called to find ou... read more

Purchased my car on February 6th. I have not received my title as of (4/8). 2+ months is way too long to wait. My temp tags have long since expired. When I call they tell me to wait like everyone else is. When did they put it in the mail? Mail from USPS has been reaching my house fine for months. How much longer will it take? Seems like a scam to me. Why was I not offered the option to pick the title up instead?

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! I bought a car from here. Before we even left the lot the check engine light came on. I went back inside to talk to my rep and they insisted that nothing was wrong. Hours later a really bad grinding noise started. I took it to the service department and they said it was my motor. They “fixed” it. One day later it’s the same problem occurring. I took it to a private mechanic and the same problem it was. I took it back to them and they refused to talk to me and refused to give me some answers. Do no... read more

I would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to find a different dealership. I had a deal made on a used vehicle a day later when the deal was being finished they upped the car price by $2000. They said they would offer delivery and said no they never do that for customers. They are totally dishonest shady organization. Would rather walk or ride a bus then buy a vehicle from them. I had to give one star just to make this review. If I could I would’ve gave them a negative to infinity. Do not trust this dealership!

I left 1 star because its the minimum requirement. The employees at NCAM are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST and were unwilling to help with the problems of our car. My husband and I purchased a car in September 2020 (Santa Fe 2009) and due to the gps that was placed in the vehicle by NCAM (Parma) our battery was depleted of charge and we were forced to purchase a new one. Today is December 15, 2020. We haven’t even owned the car long enough to need a new battery. We had to get our car towed at our expense, and when we att... read more
