i came to north coast auto mall brookpark location with very low hopes in getting what i want....i asked for specific payments and was only working with almost no down payment but matt sal still worked with me and did his best to put in a vehicle. i am very satisfied and will definitely be doing business with you guys in the future.
This is a very poor dealership that specializes in dirty sales tactics and misleads customers. You will test drive a vehicle, make negotiations, obtain a loan, and then sit there for 90 minutes while they work up the paperwork. They will show you a clean carfax report and mention nothing about the vehicle's known past until the moment you are ready to sign the paperwork. Tigran was so delightful to work with. All my request were listened to when I asked him for specifies about my 2013 C 300, previous owner, warranty, damage, prior history of the car, Ect. He made sure that paperwork was done immediately after deciding to purchase the car, therefor I actually got to enjoy my new car on the road and not sitting on a car lot all day. My overall experience was so great that I even sent my mother to him yesterday to get her new car and will be referring my dear friends and more family to him.

I had a great experience working with Tigran to get me into my dream car. I'm a out of state buyer but process as if I was right in the dealership. Kelsey was great and I had very particular requests. I wanted videos and HQ pictures of the car (as I am out of state) and she had videos and pictures of the underbody in a short period of time.
