I recently had a very disappointing experience at Norsworthys. I purchased a voucher for a hot stone massage in December 2023, because they were offering a 10% discount on vouchers and I was told it was valid for a year. The treatment was priced at £70 so with the discount offered I paid £63. When I turned up for my treatment and handed over the voucher I was told by the Manager I had to pay an extra £16, which took the total to £79, £9 more than what the treatment was originally worth in December 2023.
