I had Norris come out to give me estimate on fixing a leak in the line that I pointed out to them. Service man, Mr Thornton Came out, explained process to repair, told me cost to repair. Upon looking in his computer, he told me the office coded it incorrectly and that this is just an estimate. I also ask to receive information on the annual service contracts they provide that the service man told me about. The service provided by Norris Mechanical's technician was superb in every way. The technician thoroughly inspected, serviced and cleaned each component of the HVAC system, and described in easy to understand terms what had been done.
