As usual a thorough job performing 6mo maintenance visit. Trevor came right on time and worked efficiently. Completely satisfied.
Price gouging. Called them and they came and diagnosed a motor fault. Ordered the motor ****** and low and behold when they put the motor in it was bad also. Second motor shows up and system worked for 4 hours. Called them back and they sent the same tech out and magically found a high pressure switch that was bad. Charged me another new service fee of ***** Called the office and talked to ********* and she agreed I should not have been charged for a new service fee. Hi Jason, we cannot control what manufacturers charge for their parts, shipping and handling, returns, etc. We always recommend you purchase an extended warranty upon installation from your installing dealer, as these warranties serve everyone well without disputes whenever issues arise. In this case, an extended warranty would have covered all parts and labor costs. A problem can be difficult to diagnose for the best of technicians if the problem tends to be erratic. Technician was absolutely phenomenal fella. Part took a little time to arrive but, this was due to no fault of Norris Mechanical. When it did arrive technician was at my house very next morning to install it. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy their clients in my opinion. If you want professional, honest, fast service this company is the one you use.

I had Norris come out to give me estimate on fixing a leak in the line that I pointed out to them. Service man, Mr Thornton Came out, explained process to repair, told me cost to repair. Upon looking in his computer, he told me the office coded it incorrectly and that this is just an estimate. I also ask to receive information on the annual service contracts they provide that the service man told me about.
