Great company and staff! We have been using them for years and always had wonderful service. Everybody is so nice and they are always there when you need them!
Our technician, Heath, is always professional, efficient, and has a keen sense of attention to detail. Having just moved to the area a year ago, we wanted to find a company we not only could trust, but wanted to partner with for the long term service of our geothermal units. We are grateful that we found Norris Mechanical, and we especially appreciate working with Heath as he has not only provided exceptional service, but has taken the time to help us further understand our geothermal unit.

Norris Mechanical made professional repairs to our old A/C unit. The 23 year old unit was not in good shape. I scheduled with Norris to have A/C replaced. The old unit wasn't going to make it to the scheduled date. Norris rearranged their schedule and installed the new A/C unit earlier. I'll continue calling on Norris Mechanical for future Heating and air conditioning needs.

My air-conditioning system failed in the intense heat of July. My regular a/c people were not available. Norris came in very quickly. Found a replacement unit and had it installed in less than two days. Very responsive and courteous. I couldn't ask for any better service.

Eric came for a routine service call and he was a few minutes early which was great. No waiting all day for someone to show up like other compamies.He was very professional and did a great job. We have used this company for many years and they have always provided great service. The ladies in the office are great too. Thanks for taking such good care of us for all these years!
