Returned home to my home on a Friday night to find the a/c was out. The outside temperature was 91, inside 88. Called at 730pm. Received a call from Bruce ******* the technician, who said he would be at my home in 90 minutes. got there in 60. He diagnosed the problem, solved it and was on his way in less than an hour. the house was cool 30 minutes later. Nice, efficient guy. Calling Monday to set up an annual contract for service with them. I am impressed.

Service is always prompt with Norris being very accommodating in scheduling their service to meet your needs. Technicians are courteous and efficient and arrive as scheduled. I have been a customer of Norris for years and definitely recommend their variety of services.

Prompt on site response to an after hours serious A/C issue. Technician returned next day with new part and installed. Come back at the time he said he would. Great service!

Norris Mechanical was prompt with proving an estimate and scheduling the HVAC replacement. Katie, the Lead Estimator/Scheduler, was extremely helpful and polite. The workmen were professional and completed everything in a timely manner and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect before they left.
