Norris Mechanical (Joseph **** came out today and performed scheduled maintenance on the Trane Heating/AC units that Norris M. had installed a year and half ago. As expected, and demonstrated, the job was well done, and the serviceman performed in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Norris Mechanical to the OBX area. They are honest, and perform in an exemplary manner. We are happy to have have found them for all our Heating and AC needs. Thanks for a job well done.

Returned home to my home on a Friday night to find the a/c was out. The outside temperature was 91, inside 88. Called at 730pm. Received a call from Bruce ******* the technician, who said he would be at my home in 90 minutes. got there in 60. He diagnosed the problem, solved it and was on his way in less than an hour. the house was cool 30 minutes later. Nice, efficient guy. Calling Monday to set up an annual contract for service with them. I am impressed.

Prompt on site response to an after hours serious A/C issue. Technician returned next day with new part and installed. Come back at the time he said he would. Great service!

Norris Mechanical was prompt with proving an estimate and scheduling the HVAC replacement. Katie, the Lead Estimator/Scheduler, was extremely helpful and polite. The workmen were professional and completed everything in a timely manner and made sure that everything was absolutely perfect before they left.
