I am very impressed with Norris Mechanical. Technician Heath was at my house on the day I called. He was thorough and very conscientious about his work and was patient as I followed him around asking questions. He explained everything he did and made sure everything was right. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Norris services my HVAC system and has always been reliable, high quality and professional. When one of their technicians was sick and unable to service my system, another technician stepped in, despite a full schedule, and made time. This level of customer service is a rare find. what a hands on company, Mr. Norris himself came to my home and explained to me in detail about HVAC systems and the wrk and price that would be involved at my home. . the techs were so politeful and Wayne was very informative. What a pleasure to meet/wrk with an honest/ straight forward vendor on the Outer Banks. Estimate: Quick response. Forthright and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, and everything stated turned out to be correct. Contract and ordering: Contract proposal was provided quickly and worded exactly as expected. Email acceptance worked well. Equipment had to be ordered; unable to predict and confirm expected arrival making installation scheduling indefinite. Daily phone call inquiries were difficult to complete. Installation: Great two man team. Couldn't have been performed better.

Norris Mechanical is a great company to do business with. They completed a bi-annual maintenance today and discovered why my electrical bill was running higher..., and then fixed the problem as part of the maintenance performed. Their associates are friendly and knowledgeable as are the service providers in their administrative office. Highly recommended local business if you require a new system or maintenance of existing unit.
