Great Company! Cameron was so professional and nice. He knew exactly what to do. He is a great employee for your company! This was the second time he has serviced our AC and he did a wonderful job both times. The ladies in the office are so nice too! We have used this company for many years and never been disappointed. We highly recommend this company! Thank you for always taking care of our family.

Two new Trane heat pump systems were installed in February 2024. The price was reasonable. The installation crew was competent and professional, and completed the job in one day. Two seasonal tune-up visits were included in the contract. The first (summer) visit was performed by a similarly competent technician. Overall, the equipment and service have been commendable.

Technician knows his business, is thorough, and completes job quickly. Most importantly he is careful to leave things back together where they belong, polite, and respectful of the house not to bring mud dirt and rain all over the floor. Norris is a wise choice for service and equipment.
