Norris Mechanical is the only company we will use for repairs and/or replacements. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are on top of maintenance and right there if/when there is a problem. We have taken advantage of their range of services from new heat pumps to duct cleaning/replacement. Highly recommend!

10/20/2023 Tech Joe arrived on time, was very professional. Actually I had met Joe before at work, (DuckLanding) Joe got right to the job and completed the task of three units. When Joe was finished he came back in the house and told me all systems were in good working order. I would also like to give a shout out to Stephanie who was able to squeeze us in after a cancelation. Thank you Stephanie. bob

Norris Mechanical team are terrific, FIVE STAR SERVICE PRO's. Our repair tech Heath was simply superb, model professional. Our Air mover in attic quit, house was roasting, Heath troubleshot, identified problem part- when he did not have spare on truck he resourcefully found replacement, and got it and installed promptly. Heath then inspected, and tested our outside Compressor pressures and readings. He recognized we needed a boost of R-22 for compressor, and added refrigerant as needed. Great company to use. I’ve been using their services for years related to yearly maintenance on my ac/heating system, plumbing and other home repairs and installations. Recently Norris installed a new ac/heating system at my Outer Banks residence. The installation was completed in a timely period by their friendly and professional crew.
