Beware of the Service Department - They are crooked and the experience/talent to work on cars is just not there in my opinion.
We had a wonderful experience buying our first brand new car from Norris Ford. The sales team delivered the Explorer we had been searching for and was forthcoming with pricing. I do have to mention how accommodating the staff was with our time. My two-year-old daughter was also pleased as she received a mini water. I highly commend Norris Ford – ask for Bruce.
I went in there the sadist person on the planet, I just lost my menses for making a living F 350 ,Thanks to Tony Guillen an the staff at Norris automotive group I walked out ,an drove off the lot in my 2017 F150 at a price I can afford .T.L.C. P.S Thank you all�

If I could give lower I would!! Sold me a car that has issues!! Car was brought in 2 weeks after having it to get checked and they told me it was nothing. Took it in 3 more times after that for them to give me the run around that it was this and that and then for them to say nothing is wrong with it and I basically have to wait around for the check engine light to come on and shake my car again for them to find out the problem!!
