Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. Had to take my 2016 Ford back because the check engine light came on around 2800 miles. They gave me a hard time, didn't read the code. Told me it was computer software out of date. On a 2016?!? A week later, check engine light came back on, another hard time to get a loaner (had to contact sales), and they have had my car for 2 weeks with no end in site. Customer service is just horrible. Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs!
(Black 2015 fiesta st with 25kmiles). A bunch of crooks. Try to hide the fact that the vehicle has been In a major accident. Tells me it's making noises due to it sitting on the lot. I know my cars. Have had plenty of cars. my knowledge in cars is what made me understand it's a good thing to just walk out from that dealership. Lies on top of lies were fead to me. Horrible Service Dept. The Service Dept was so nasty to my husband after he bought a new Ford F150. He took his old Expedition in to have serviced and the person was so nasty he took his truck somewhere else to be fixed. Glad I bought a Chevy
Called norris ford about a little problem. They said i could bring my car in and idid. The man inservice David, awsome young man took care of me and i am very pleased with norris.
I recently had work done on my car at Norris in Dundalk. After figuring out the problem, they let me know what needed to be done right away and what could wait. They needed to keep the car overnight, but I was able to use a loaner car so I could get to work. Moe was really helpful. I’ll be back!
If they dont want to make a sale, I'll gladly take my business to another dealership
Worst experience ever. Bought a Volkswagen GTI a little over 3 months ago. Has been in and out of the shop constantly putting money into it. It's actually in the shop now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
After having my car for 41 days for a clutch pack, they missed putting a part back. Now the car leaks after it rains! Really?!
