I got the "run-around" regarding the recall of airbags from 4 other Ford dealerships before Mike at Norris Ford gave me very specific instructions. Made arrangements on July 2nd, they got me a rental car. On August 1st received a call a couple airbags were in, took my vehicle in that afternoon and on Thursday August 2nd, I was so happy to drive my Milan home. Very satisfied to have found a dealership, one you can trust. It's a shame (sad) other dealerships did not have the knowledge nor the time that Norris had.
I only take my C-Max to Norris Ford in Dundalk and I only see Mo. I have had unfortunate issues with my car since purchasing, but Mo has always had my back, fixed the problem no matter how long it look to figure out, and never left me feeling like I needed a man with me to get honest service. Everyone is friendly here but Mo is the best!
Jason was excellent and got me the truck I wanted for an excellent price! I will definitely be returning for the next truck purchase!
