I've been a customer for 35+ years. Recently took an 06 F250. super duty with 60,000 miles to them. I was having issues I couldn't figure out. They told me I needed a new engine. Quoted me 10,500.00 to replace the motor. Charged me 300. and another tow. I took it to a real mechanic and 5 days, 2500.00 the truck purrs like a kitten. NEVER AGAIN NORRIS FORD!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

My service advisor Stephanie is fantastic, she Always accommodates my service issues , and will always explain any service issues being performed, Stephanie is very understanding of my deafness as well, and is always service with a smile, and I love the free shuttle service. I always look forward to my vehicle routine service needs, Norris ford service department is truly a customer service oriented business 5 stars
I had the best experience with Norris Ford and would definitely recommend Norris to my Family and Friends. Salesman Gary worked for days to find me what I was looking for. Then, worked for hours to make sure I was happy with everything before I went into signing. Tyler the sales manager had great customer customer service and Frank B in financing was very detailed and went over everything. Very happy with my new car and every happier with the customer service I had with Norris Ford.
Be careful buying parts from Norris Ford...they charge a 15% restock fee even if the part is not opened. In addition even if you pay cash you will not receive cash back unless it is same day. Five day wait to get a refund minus a restock fee on an item that was paid for with cash and never used....now thats what I call great customer service....NOT. I have bought three vehicles at this dealership...they wont get a penny going forward
Stan was a wonderful salesperson. Even though my credit wasn’t the best I drove out with a brand new ford 2 hours later. I’m a happy camper
Friendly, Courteous, staff, clean & neet, customer lounge. Staff keep me updated on what's going on w/ my vehicle while it's in the shop area. Excellent customer service!
