My family has bought multiple vehicles from here and we continue to make the drive past many other dealerships to buy from Norris.

Oil and filter service took nearly twice as long as usual. Normally, I would chalk that up to being busier than usual, but I was the second person to walk into the waiting room after arriving at 7:00am. When the service advisor finally got back with my key, I had to search for my car (parked in the back lot behind the fence) and police the floor mat, seat protector, and service dept. mirror tag myself. Apparently the service porter laid out sick that morning.
The people there are nice and treat you like family. They thoroughly check to make sure they did the best job they could to help you drive home safely.
Stay away from their service department. This is no surprise to me due to the fact my parents had issues years ago at Apple Ford. The common denominator is the service manager. Dwayne Cotton is a outright liar

Took my vehicle to Norris Ford for service and could not be happier with the outcome. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and the repairs were done right. Vehicle runs and drives great!
