Service department sucks. First time I made an appointment because my transmission was jerking. Got there and they didnt have me scheduled. Sat there for 4 hours. Said they could not duplicate the problem (yeah right). So they did an update and said it was normal to jerk a little when its trying to find a gear. Still having the issue. We spoke to George as well as Miguel and even the Service Manager David and they kept us up to date with the whole process. Waiting room looks nice. Coffee was provided but no creamer so your only option is black coffee. Bad locations of wall outlets if you want to plug anything in. Unintelligent help and can't think outside the box to help a customer. Unprofessionally dressed cashier having full conversation with co-worker while helping customers. Pink hair? Really? Put my Grand Caravan(68K mi) in for dripping radiator fluid. Within an hour they called with the diagnosis: cracked radiator. Got the van back the next day; they needed to order the part.
My Jeep is about two and a half years old and we brought it in for an inspection and recall fix. When it came out, it had problems that it didn't have before bringing the car to them. Now, it is back in for service again, and our service advisor does not call back. Between my wife and I, we have called Dan Renalli about seven times with no response. I don't know what is wrong with him, or if it's the entire service department, but they do not answer their phones, nor call people back. Worst service experience I have ever had... read more
