Your vehicle is unfortunately two years out of warranty and Chrysler has already denied any more assistance. Dan has always helped me and given me great advice for my car the staff is also very friendly
Although it is a majority of the manufacturers unsolved problem I feel I have been dismissed and under minded when it has come to my on going problems with my 2014 jeep grand cherokee. I have taken the vehicle in multiple times, check engine light on, navigation not illuminating properly, electrical problem with the car unable to shift and accelerate seat probelm, the list goes on.
